Meisner Institute Athens is the only designated Meisner® Technique teaching facility in Greece.  

Its certifications are internationally recognized.

After Los Angeles and Shanghai, Athens is the first European city that has a Meisner Institute.

Alkistis Nikolaidi - Managing Director

Managing Director of Meisner Institute Athens is actress Alkistis Nikolaidi. She has studied acting in Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in London and Business Administration in The American College of Greece. Alkistis was certified as a Designated Meisner Teacher by Scott Trost, Executive Director of Meisner Institute. She has been teaching the Meisner® technique in actors and directors in Greece, Cyprus, Croatia, Egypt, Philippines and the UK. 
She is a founding member of 812:Coal Theatre Company.

Scott Trost - Master Classes

Scott Trost is the Executive Director of The Meisner Institute and Master Meisner Teacher with more than 25 years of teaching experience in actors and teachers in Los Angeles, St Petersburg, Shanghai and New Delhi.

The Meisner Institute is supported and endorsed by James Carville, executor of the Sanford Meisner estate.
